About Carers Together
Carers Together has been working with and for unpaid carers in Hampshire for over 20 years. We are a carer-led charity - which means that most of our Trustees and staff have experience of being carers and we regularly consult carers about their needs and concerns.
We provide a wide range of personal services, such as information and advice, advocacy, Direct Payments information and advice, groups, training, planning for emergencies and support planning - please see our 'Services' page for more details.

Business Plan - Carers Together has a fully developed Business Plan, updated annually to ensure it takes into account the changing needs of carers and that business activity responds to those needs accordingly.
