We have 3 rooms of various sizes and capacity to hire. Please note that during the Covid-19 restrictions, the capacity of our rooms has reduced. When hiring a room, we have Covid-19 precautions in place to keep our staff and hirers safe. This will be explained to you when you hire the room. Please call us to find out if we can accommodate your needs.
Romsey Office Meeting Rooms
Conference / Meeting Room 1 - up to 40 people (Currently reduced to a maximum of 10 seated round tables and 15 without the tables) Available 9.00am - 10.00pm Monday to Friday and 9.00am - 5.00pm Saturday and Sunday by arrangement. We have chairs with and without arms, all available in the room to suit your needs. The tables can be flipped up and pushed to the side of the room if required. There are also currently screens on the tables so that people can meet and be safe during the Covid-19 pandemic.
Meeting Room 2 - up to 4 people (Small) Available 9.00am - 10.00pm Monday to Friday
Meeting Room 3 - up to 3 people (Mini) Available 9.00am - 10.00pm Monday to Friday
All three of our rooms are on the ground floor and are wheelchair accessible.

Equipment: There is a ceiling projector and a pull down projector screen screen already available in Meeting Room 1. We can supply a laptop, speakers and flip chart stand if required but this must be booked in advance to ensure availability and set-up. There is also a whiteboard on the wall of Meeting Room 1.
Free Wi-Fi: (internet) access available on request.
Photocopying Facilities: available for a small charge.
Kitchen facilities: Use of a fully equipped kitchen is available free of charge with all room bookings. The kitchen is not accessible to people in wheelchairs due to the narrow entrance.
Catering: Sandwich lunches can be provided - please give at least five days notice if you require lunch. Please ask for separate tariff for charges. You are welcome to use our facilities to provide your own lunch.
All 3 meeting rooms are on the ground floor and have wheelchair access through standard width doors.
There are adapted toilet facilities on the ground floor.
The kitchen is not accessible to people in wheelchairs due to a narrow entrance. However an urn for tea and coffee making can be set up in the meeting rooms if required. If you would like to use the urn, please make this clear when booking as during office hours we will fill this up and switch it on for you so it is ready for you to use when you arrive. If hiring outside of office hours, instructions for the urn are on the wall above it.
A portable hearing loop can be set up when needed. Please let us know via phone if you require this.
If you have any additional needs please let us know in advance and we will do our best to accommodate them.
The car park spaces outside the building are private, not public.
Any group booking a room is allowed one courtesy space for the duration of the booking only. Any other person parking outside the office will be asked to move. However it is occasionally possible to allow an extra space if there is someone with a disability attending the event. Please ask about this when booking.
