You are invited to these workshops looking at how people can access better information and support around end of life - for them and the people they work with.
The workshops are for anyone who is interested. You may be a carer, patient, service user, volunteer or professional from a statutory organisation or the voluntary sector.
Workshop 1: Session 1 – What is End of Life, and Starting Difficult Conversations Session 2 - Making Local Signposting Work – Case Study Session 3 – Communicating Effectively
Workshop 2: Session 4 - Planning for End of Life Session 5 - Practical Information for those Approaching End of Life Session 6 - Actions Once Life has Ended

Please note tea and coffee will be provided but you are encouraged to bring your own lunch, except for the Southampton event where lunch will kindly be provided by Irwin Mitchell.
