Hire Charges

Conference / Meeting Room 1 - up to 40 people
Available  9.00am - 10.00pm Monday to Friday,
and 9.00 - 5.00pm. Saturday by arrangement.

Out of office hours 

Interview Room - up to 4 people                    
Available  9.00am - 10.00pm Monday to Friday, and 9.00 - 5.00pm. Saturday by arrangement.

A refundable £25.00 deposit is required for evening and weekend meetings – it is returned on safe return of key, no damage and correct use of alarm system.

Equipment: We can supply an OHP and screen, laptop and data projector and flip chart stands if required. Wi-Fi (internet) access available on request.

Kitchen facilities: Use of a fully equipped kitchen is available free of charge with all room bookings. The kitchen is not accessible to people in wheelchairs due to the narrow entrance. Catering: Sandwich lunches can be provided - please give at least five days notice if you require lunch.  Please ask for separate tariff for charges. You are welcome to use our facilities to provide your own lunch.

Access

Meeting rooms 1 and 2 are on the ground floor and have wheelchair access through standard width doors.
The interview room is also on the ground floor but it is small and there is not sufficent turning space for someone in a wheelchair.
There are adapted toilet facilities on the ground floor.

Unfortunatly the kitchen is not accessible to people in wheelchairs due to a narrow entrance. However an urn for tea and coffee making can be set up in the meeting rooms if required. Please make this clear when booking.

A portable hearing loop can be set up when needed. Please let us know via the booking form.

Travel

The building is in central Romsey within walking distance of the bus and train stations (less than 10 minutes walk). Directions to the Romsey office here.

Parking

• The car park spaces outside the building are private, not public. 
• Any group booking a room is allowed one courtesy space for the duration of the booking only.  Any other person parking outside the office will be asked to move. However it is occassionally possible to allow an extra space if there is someone with a disability attending the event. Please ask about this when booking.
• Organisers of meetings are asked to ensure attendees use local car parks (three very close by) or public transport. 
• Parking is allowed in the evenings – please talk to us about spaces available.
