Carers Café’s are open to all Carers - they are informal meetings in a relaxed atmosphere. You are not expected to attend at the start and stay to the end and you do not have to speak. It’s a mini-respite period. Conversation is not centred on caring issues, but you can discuss any issues with your Carer Support Worker and/or with other Carers. You are welcome to bring the person you care for if you wish.

Petersfield, Hayling, Emsworth, Parent Carers, Sunnyside Group, Activities Café and Tuesday Rovers are all running each month.

If you would like to join us at any of our Cafés or activities you will be most welcome. I can arrange a lift for those without a car.
