We can offer you support and advice to set up a Direct Payment to employ your own Personal Assistants or pay for other support.
We can also provide an employment and/or payroll service, if required.

We provide support to recruit and employ staff such as:
Help to advertise for staff and draft adverts.
Providing an address for responses.
Assistance with interviewing and a room for interviews if needed.
Help in understanding the safeguards needed in the employment of people to work with children or vulnerable adults
Advice about taking up references and Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) checks (previously known as Criminal Records Bureau, CRB checks).
Drawing up job descriptions and contracts
Support and advice about being a good manager of staff
Information about Income Tax and National Insurance
Health and Safety issues including moving and handling
Information about public and employers liability insurance
We can also offer an employment and/or payroll service and do these for you. There is a small fixed charge for this service.
